Falling Follies is a collaborative work by Vassilis Krikonis and Maria Paneta.

Falling Follies is a digital environment
staging a continuous cycle of
construction, collapse, and regeneration.
The work unfolds on the surface of
a reflective plane where eclectic objects coexist:
miniature colonnades, arches, beaded butt-plugs,
and fragments of classical ornamentation.

Falling Follies treats play as a fundamental cultural act,
one capable of generating alternative systems
of meaning. The work reimagines worldbuilding not
as the construction of order, but as a process of
playful entropy: worlds emerging through
imbalance, excess, and constant reconfiguration.
